Drilling Engineer (DE)

Key accountabilities
• Report to Drilling Supervisor
• Prepare, plans, program, costs, logistical, and schedules for drilling activities
• Proficient in drilling and service contracts, engineering design and well planning
• Monitoring drilling progress, oversee safety management and ensure the protection of the environment
• An individual performer and a good team player

General Requirements
• Male, Bachelor degree with subject in engineering petroleum or mechanical is a must
• Minimum 5 years of experience in drilling covering from engineering and operational onshore operations
• APB certified preferred
• Must possess good management skill and experience in handling a drilling project
• Proficient in English (written and oral)


Legal Manager (LM)

Key accountabilities
• Provide legal services, advice, assistance, and support to the management by dealing with a wide range of activities related to legal matters
• Prepare draft negotiate agreements necessary for SPE and its stakeholders
• Proficient to legal contract/agreement, dispute, legal opinion, legal administration
• Representative on legal matters to outside institutions such as Pertamina, BP MIGAS, Migas, Manpower Department
• Mastering Indonesian Oil and Gas regulations, PTK-007 certified preferred
• Should be a fast learner and a team worker
• Develop effective client relationships and market legal and business expertise
• Should be able to co-ordinate within the discipline and other disciplines.

Legal Analyst (LA)

Key accountabilities
• He/ She will reporting and assist Legal Manager for legal matters
• Prepare, draft negotiate agreements with individuals, companies, non-government organizations, and governments.
• Proficient to legal contract/agreement, dispute, legal opinion, legal administration
• Familiar and understanding of PTK-007 regulation
• Should be able to co-ordinate within the discipline and other disciplines
• Administer company legal files, monitor for deadlines and obligations, issue reports.
• Should be a fast learner and a team worker

General requirements
• Male / Female, min 30 years old (LM), min 27 years old (LA)
• Bachelor Degree, Legal
• GPA > 3.00 from scale of 4.00
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in the field of Law and PSC terms (LM)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of Law and PSC terms (LA)
• Shall have good written and spoken English language communication skills
•Proficient with computer application
