- Kualifikasi :
- Pria, minimal 35 tahun
- Pendidikan S1 Pertanian/Agronomi/Kehutanan,dan sejenisnya
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Estate Manager / Kepala Kebun pada perkebunan kelapa sawit minimal 5 tahun
- Mampu menangani produksi, land clearing, pembibitan dan perawatan perkebunan standar
- Terbiasa membuat rencana/program kerja, budgeting, serta laporan mingguan, bulanan, dan tahunan.
- Mampu bekerja berdasarkan target, deadline dan time schedule serta mampu menentukan unit price yang standard pada setiap fase pembangunan dan produksi
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Kalimantan Tengah

1. MAINTENANCE PLANNING ENGINEER (Code-MPE)
Requirements:
• Education Mechanical Engineer
• Experience 10 years field experience in large mining or in similar role
• Age 30 Min & 40 Max
Other requirements:
• Familiar with OEM products in Heavy Equipments mostly Excavators (Liebherr, Hitachi, & Caterpillar) and other support HE Dump Trucks, Dozers, Motor Graders, IR Drill machine; and light vehicles. Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations, Compliance requirements, Cost containment.
• Willing to be located at Mine Site Bunyu, Bulungan East Kalimantan.
Key Result Areas:
• Responsible to plan and coordinate repair and service of all Heavy earth moving equipments according to TMS Plant Department policies and procedures to ensure availability targets and budgets. Lead, organize and provide direction for employees to achieve outstanding personal performance. HSE&Q outcomes and the business results.
2. Control Room Operator (Code-CRO)
Requirements:
• Graduated from University / Technical High school in Information Technology, Computer or Communication
• Minimum 3 (three) years experience in Process control system In Mining system will be advantages
• Age Min 30, Max 40
• Willing to be located at Mine Site Bunyu, Bulungan East Kalimantan.
Other requirements:
- Understanding all mine production activities operation
- Deep analytical thinking of any condition or potential condition that could effect on production loss
Key Result Areas:
• Has lead responsibility for the safe efficient and profitable operation of Mine Control Room. Continuously monitors Mine GPS System and plant parameters and takes corrective action to prevent any loss of Mine activities and making report to concern departments. To handles emergency situations in manner as to minimize risk to personnel and equipment.
3. Banking and LC Officer (Code-BLC)
Requirements:
• Education Basic Accounting Qualification, preferably with Management Accounting
• Experience 5-7 years
• Age Min 29, Max 33
• Location Jakarta
Key Result Areas:
• Ability to handle all banking matters operationally as well as LC related matters on exports of coal, as well as local LCs (SKBDN) where required
• Ability to liaise with local and international banks (of overseas principals if required) to coordinate and manage banking operation for the company
• Monitor and process all payments required for each transaction effectively under supervision of Assistant Manager Accounts and through coordination with various outside agencies
