1) COAL OPERATIONS MANAGER

Complete knowledge of operations involved in Indonesian and International COAL supply chain, Government Mining Laws/regulations and updates, Contracts, Letter of Credits. Min 10 yrs work experience in COAL producer or COAL trading company.
Location: Jakarta.

2) COAL QUALITY OFFICER

Complete knowledge of COAL supply chain, COAL quality / analytical services. Min 5 yrs experience, with background in COAL companies / COAL Surveying Companies / Independent Laboratories.
Location: South Sumatra and East/South Kalimantan.

3) COAL LOGISTIC OFFICER

Complete knowledge of COAL handling, COAL logistics chain in Indonesia, MUST have excellent existing relationship with Barge/Floating Crane operators, Stevedores, agents. Min 5 yrs work experience in Coal producer or Coal trading company.
Location: South Sumatra and East/South Kalimantan.

4) COAL OPERATIONS OFFICER

Complete understanding of Coal supply chain, contracts, letter of credits, COAL related documentation in Indonesia. Minimum 3 years experience in COAL company.
Location: Jakarta.

5) OFFICE/HR MANAGER

Excellent business acumen and at least 10 years of practical experience in HR and Administration. Best if in COAL Company. Strong problem-solving skills.

6) IT OFFICER

Bachelor degree from Computer science/Information technology, having at least 1 year of working experience in related fields, Experience in Hardware, Software and network troubleshooting, understand Ms Exchange server, Windows Server 2008, and Ms Office and Cisco IP Phone.

SENIOR MINE ENGINEER (SME) / MINE ENGINEER (ME)

• Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
• Preferable hold POP Certification
• Able to control, manage and review term of quality data for planning purposes and compare with production requirements (Short Term and Long Term for SME / Short Term for ME)
• Good knowledge in management mining equipment, costing and budgeting operation
• Familiar with SURPAC / MINEX / XPAC mining software
• Minimum 3 years working experience in the same position (Preferable in coal mining industries)

SENIOR MODELLING & RESOURCES GEOLOGIST (SRG)

• Bachelor Degree in Geology Engineering
• Good ability in Geological Modelling with MINESCAPE (Stratamodel)
• Have experience as mine geologist
• Good analytical thinking, hard working, proactive and self starter
• Minimum 3 years working experience in the same position (Preferable in coal mining industries)

SENIOR ACCOUNTING (SAC) / ACCOUNTING STAFF (ACS)

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related field
• Preferable hold a Registered or Certified Accountant (SAC)
•Experience in costing, accounting analyze and financial statement audit (SAC)
• Familiar with accounting standart
• Minimum 3 years working experiences in the same position (preferable experience in KAP)

SENIOR SITE ADMIN (SSA) / SITE ADMIN (SA)

• Minimum Diploma Degree, preferable majoring in administration, law or management

• Preferable hold POP nor AK3 Certification
• Familiar with OHSAS 18001 & SMK3 standart
• Strong experience especially in coal mining project, which include safe working procedures, job safety analysis (JSA) and emergency response team
• Minimum 3 years working experience in the same position (preferable in coal mining industries)

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR (MCS) / MAINTENANCE FOREMAN (MCF)

• Minimum Diploma Degree
• Experience in equipment maintenance; Crusher, Conveyor (able to handle gear box, splicing belt, welding, etc)
• Minimum 2 years working experience in the same position (Preferable in coal mining industries)

PURCHASING OFFICER (PO)

• Bachelor Degree in any major
• Good knowledge and understand supply chain, inventory control, good in negotiation and documentation
• Computer Literate (MS Office)
• Minimum 2 years working experience in the same position

LEGAL STAFF (LGS)

• Bachelor Degree in Law
• Preferable hold a registered or certificate lawyer
• Good knowledge of the latest regulation in mining and land

Senior Engineer Mine Operations (MD 0644)

This position will be based in Martabe project with FIFO roster 4/2 weeks and reports directly to the Superintendent Mine Operations.

The role to ensure Operational of Mine contractors wills Company Operational Plan and Standard of Safety, Health, Environmental and Community in concert with other Mining staff. This position will make sure the best practice of mining process properly applied on daily operational with safely, cost efficient and focus on target achievement. He / She will make sure the continues improvement, good and professional contract management process properly applied on All level mining operation business unit.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
1. Engineering Degree in a related Mining/civil engineering discipline with an emphasis on computer planning skills
2. POP Certificate
3. Proven experience in the mine operations , planning, contracts managements , preferable at hard rock mining industry ,preferable 7 years experiences
4. Knowledge and practical experience of related mining software, preferable Surpac
5. Well and Rounded Knowledge of mining operations preferable open pit hard rock mines ,familiarity with drilling/blasting and related projects works
6. Experience on the best practice surface mining operations
7. Experience working as Production Engineering at mining contractor/contractor supervision
8. Ability to clearly and effectively communicate ideas.
9. Competence in speaking, reading and writing English.
10. Reasonable level of problem solving, hands on approach, able to motivate and lead a team.
11. High level of computer literacy skills Ms.Word, Excel, Power Point,
12. High commitment to PTAR standards in environment, safety, business ethic and good corporate governance.
13. Experience on Performance Monitoring & Review and Business improvement Process is preferred
