Chinese Guest Relations Officer
Responsibilities:
To deliver excellent customer service and cater to the needs of Guests as well as coordinate with other team members to ensure an exceptional Guest experience.
Serve as the main point of contact for Chinese-speaking Guests and ensure all departments are fully briefed on their requirements
To cross and up sell the resort’s products and services
Manage, record and resolve all Guest requests in a timely and professional manner, escalating accordingly where required
Assist with other departments, as necessary
Requirements:
Diploma or fresh graduates
Hospitality related education is an advantage
Proficient in the use of computers and familiarity with electronic channels
Excellent command of Mandarin both spoken and written
Excellent command of English both spoken and written
An ability to listen and respond to demanding Guest needs
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Accountable and resilient
Commitment to delivering a high levels of customer service
Ability to work under pressure
Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations
A passion for delivering an exceptional level of Guest service
