PT Mitra Galperti is a supplier of Flanges, Fitting and Pipes for Oil and Gas Industry. We are a member of Group of Galperti – Italy. Our office in Jakarta and warehouse is located in Jababeka Cikarang.
Currently, we require several positions as below:
1. COO – Chief Operating Officer
Qualification:
- Minimum in bachelor degree with any discipline, preferable in engineering degree
- Minimum 5 years experience as managerial level in project construction oil & gas industry or other industry related to supply the pipe, flanges and fitting for oil and gas industry
- Fluently communication both in Indonesia and English
- Outstanding leadership and analysis skill
Job Description:
- Plan, direct and control the divisions of sales & purchase and
warehouse department
- Manage the Company s operation and its supply chain
- Provide direction for employee under sales & purchase department and
warehouse department to ensure outstanding performance is achieved
- Actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment at all times
2. Sales Manager
Qualification:
- Minimum in bachelor degree with any discipline, preferable in engineering degree
- Minimum 2 years experience as managerial level in project construction oil & gas industry or other industry related to supply the pipe, flanges and fitting for oil and gas industry
- Excellent communication both in Indonesia and English
- Outstanding leadership and analysis skill

- Lead the divisions of sales department
- Provide direction for employee under sales department to ensure sales target is achieved
- Actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment at all times
3. Sales Engineer
Qualification:
- Minimum in bachelor degree with any discipline, preferable in engineering degree
- Having experience as sales in project construction oil & gas industry or other industry related to supply the pipe, flanges and fitting for oil and gas industry
- Excellent communication both in Indonesia and English
- Good interpersonal skills and have the ability to build good rapport with clients
- Able work under target
4. Manager Warehouse
Qualification:
- Minimum in bachelor degree with any discipline, preferable in engineering degree
- Having experience as warehouse manager related for supplying the materials for Oil & Gas Industry
- Excellent communication both in Indonesia and English
- Good interpersonal skills and have the ability to build good rapport with clients
5. Sales Admin
Qualification:
- Minimum D3, fresh graduate also welcome
- Female/male with max 25 years old
- Good knowledge in Computer is essential
- Understand English, oral & written
6. HR Supervisor/Staff
Qualification:
- Female with max 25 years old
- S1- Psychology, having experience as HR staff/Supervisor
- Good knowledge in Computer is essential
- Understand English, oral & written
- Fresh Graduate also welcome

Sifat Dasar Usaha : MELAYANI PENERBITAN BANK GARANSI & ASURANSI TANPA AGUNAN ( NON COLLATRAL )
Penjelasan Ringkas!! Surety Bond & Bank Garansi adalah suatu bentuk penjaminan dimana Surety
( perusahaan asuransi) atau Bank ,menjamin Principal ( kontraktor/ vendor/ supplier) akan melaksanakan kewajiban atas suatu prestasi/ kepentingan kepada Obligee sesuai kontrak/ perjanjian antara Principal dan Obligee.
A. Jaminan Penawaran ( Bid Bond) : Menjamin Obligee apabila Principal yang telah dinyatakan sebagai pemenang tender tidak bersedia menanda tangani kontrak atau tidak dapat menyerahkan jaminan pelaksanaan dalam jangka waktu yang telah ditentukan oleh Obligee. Nilai jaminan berkisar antara 1 % sd.
3 % dari harga penawaran
B. Jaminan Pelaksanaan ( Perfomance Bond) : Menjamin Obligee apabila
Principal yang telah menandatangani kontrak pelaksanaan kerja, mengundurkan diri atau memutuskan kontrak secara sepihak atau bersama sama dari kedua belah pihak yaitu antara Obligee dengan principal. Nilai jaminan berkisar antara 5 % sd. 10 % dari Nilai Proyek.
C. Jaminan Uang Muka ( Advance Payment Bond) : Menjamin Obligee apabila Principal tidak dapat mengembalikan atau memperhitungkan uang muka yang telah diterima pada awal kontrak kepada Obligee sampai dengan proyek selesai.Nilai jaminan berkisar antara 10 % sd. 30 % dari Nilai Proyek.
D. Jaminan Pemeliharaan ( Maintenance Bond) : Menjamin Obligee apabila Principal tidak melaksanakan kewajibannya memperbaiki kerusakan yang terjadi setelah pelaksanaan pekerjaan selesai sesuai ketentuan dalam kontrak. Nilai jaminan berkisar antara 5 % sd. 10 % dari Nilai Proyek. PeriodeJaminan(Insurance Period) :
Jangka waktu Surety Bond sesuai dengan jangka waktu perjanjian / kontrak yang dibuat antara Penerima Jaminan (Obligee) dengan Terjamin ( Prinsipal)
