Sejalan dengan perkembangan kemajuan kami, kami membuka lowongan kerja terbaru serta membutuhkan para profesional untuk beberapa posisi sebagai berikut:

  • IT Assistant Manager - Jakarta Raya
Tanggung jawab:
  1. Plan, design, implement, and provide oversight of IT infrastructure, including Network, PBX – Telephony (Avaya & Genesys), Recording System,  Servers and Desktops
  2. Monitor the achievement of service levels and alert senior IT management with recommendations if services fall below an acceptable level
  3. Implement standards and procedures for critical areas
  4. Ensure essential control measures (security, information protection, exception handling) are in place
  5. Perform hardware and software vendor sourcing, contact, management and contract negotiation
  6. Manage hardware, software and systems procurement process management
  7. Document procedures within the team and for all relevant locations
  8. Report periodically on progress  reporting, adhoc reporting, and reporting on exceptional issues to management
  9. Deploy proper techniques to assure business continuity in the event of catastrophic computer failure
  10. Recommend growth requirements of Data Center
  11. Coordinate with business users to understand the requirements and needs, and propose solution related to IT Operation & Infrastructure area
Dengan persyaratan:
  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  2. Required skill(s): Avaya, Genesys, Cisco, Networking (CCNA), Lan Wan Architecture.
  3. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  4. Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
  5. Background in insurance and/or call center environment is a plus
  6. Have the ability to interact and communicate with people
  7. Strong analytical  skill
  8. Ability to work in a changing environment
  9. Problem solving

  • IT Product Specialist - Jakarta Raya
Tanggung jawab:
  1. Assist user on gathering user requirement on new product setup
  2. Perform product management setup on all core systems
  3. Assist user on troubleshooting on product setup issues
  4. Conduct & coordinate SIT & UAT on product setup (positive and negative)
  5. Documenting all product setup paper works
  6. Coordinate ad-hoc issue requests as well as system investigation request related to product setup with close coordination with IT Development team
Dengan persyaratan:
  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  2. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Insurance Industry
  3. Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
  4. Excellent details and communication
  5. High Motivation, Good Initiative
  6. Familiar with Insurance product
  7. Excellent and Details in Documentation

  • Senior Corporate Trainer - Jakarta Raya
Tanggung jawab:
  1. Direct report to Training assistant manager
  2. Analyze, Develop and Execute innovative training based on customer need.
  3. Create annual training programs
  4. Consistent to monitor and evaluating the effectiveness of training program by powerful feedback from customer.
  5. Creating Monthly Operation Report (MOR)
  6. Enhance knowledge especially about Insurance.
  7. Have a great relationship with customer to make a powerful teamwork.
  8. Develop a systematic training based on customer classification.
  9. Expert in TNA especially in Change management .
  10. Filing & Documentation (i.e. attendance list, evaluation report)
Dengan persyaratan:
  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  2. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  3. Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
  4. Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
  5. Full-Time positions available.
  6. Experience in Develop On boarding for new employees
  7. Certified train the trainer
  8. Male/Female, 25 - 35 years old
  9. Energetic and well presented

  • Product Manager Risk - Jakarta Raya
Tanggung jawab:
  1. Define market segmentation for the products and develop attractive value propositions for each of the products      
  2. Work with Business Partners and Relationship Management to fefine risk product strategy for all business channels     
  3. Develop marketing startegy for product promotion to boost the sales number     
  4. Conduct product training, sales monitoring in a product dashboard in order to ensure the sales number per product meet the target sales number.      
  5. Review product based on sales review in order to continue, revamp, or stop the product sales. Provide a holistic product recommendation to management     
  6. Conduct qualitative research to sales and customers for insights related to offered products     
Dengan persyaratan:
  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
  2. Required language(s): English
  3. At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  4. Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
  5. Full-Time position(s) available.
  6. Experience in develop risk product development and launching
  7. Strong background in segment marketing & above the line marketing campaign  
  8. Well-structured
  9. Good analytics skills
