HR Application Specialist
Automated HR Application – Extensive experience working with an automated HR system, in particular SAP HR, Sunfish, Peoplesoft or Axapta. Expert level application proficiency is required. Systems Analysis – Extensive experience in defining and understanding user requirements, and the ability to translate these requirements into a technical solution, e.g. reports, program or online query. General HR Background – Experience working in an HR department together with a clear understanding of the systems and processes involved in HR operations.
General ICT Background – Experience working with ICT systems and ICT projects, in an analyst, programmer or application support role.
The successful candidate will become part of a team who will implement an automated HR system in the company. Ideally you should have five (5) years HR application experience, with three (3) years in a systems analyst or systems specialist role, in the specific areas mentioned above, a university graduate from a reputable institution, and a self-starter who is able to work independently. Interpersonal and language skills to work with both local and expatriate staff are required. You must have the ability to communicate effectively, work well with a team, and write reports and formal documentation. Compensation shall be commensurate to your level of expertise and experience.
