Requirements:

• Male / Female
• Age max 28 years old
• At least Bachelor degree from reputable university, Psychology is an advantage
• Having experience in handling Organization development (Organization Structure, Job Analysis, KPI, Performance Management) min 2 years
• Strong interpersonal skill, including the ability to effective communication with people at all levels
• Computer literate (Word, Excel, Visio, Power point, Open office)
