Berikan jawaban yang berkisar pada oportunitas di dalam organisasi. Beritahukan pewawancara kalau Anda ingin memberikan kontribusi dan dikenali. Hindari jawaban yang mempersoalkan kestabilan keuangan pribadi.

10. Dari resume Anda, kami rasa Anda terlalu berpengalaman untuk posisi ini. Bagaimana pendapat Anda?

Ini pertanyaan jebakan. Anda diharapkan untuk tetap rendah hati namun percaya diri dengan kemampuan Anda. Cara terbaik menanganinya adalah menjawab bahwa Anda butuh mengenal perusahaan lebih jauh sebelum dapat dengan efisien bekerja di tingkat yang lebih tinggi.

11. Kenapa Anda meninggalkan pekerjaan Anda yang sebelumnya?

Anda sebaiknya menjawab pertanyaan ini dengan jujur namun singkat dan jelas termasuk jika hal tersebut karena Anda dipecat. Namun yang perlu diperhatikan, Anda sebaiknya jangan menyebutkan konflik pribadi. Berhati-hatilah dalam menjawab pertanyaan ini dan kemukakan hal-hal positif. Deskripsikan lebih banyak hal yang Anda sukai daripada yang Anda tidak sukai. Jangan menyebutkan masalah pribadi. Jika Anda membuat pekerjaan sebelumnya terkesan buruk, pewawancara akan bertanya-tanya mengapa Anda berada disana. Hal ini jelas mengurangi profesionalisme Anda.

14. Apa pendapat Anda tentang bos Anda sebelumnya?

Ini juga pertanyaan yang harus Anda jawab dengan hati-hati. Sebisa mungkin jawablah pertanyaan ini dengan positif karena calon bos Anda akan merasa Anda akan membicarakan hal-hal buruk tentang dia seperti apa yang telah Anda lakukan terhadap bos yang terdahulu.

15. Mengapa Anda tidak mendapatkan pekerjaan yang lebih baik di usia Anda?

Jika Anda diberi pertanyaan ini dari awal wawancara, sebaiknya Anda mengelaknya dengan mengatakan Anda ingin tahu seberapa banyak tanggung jawab yang akan Anda pegang di perusahaan tersebut. Tekankan bahwa Anda lebih mementingkan pekerjaannya namun jangan menjual standar Anda.

Untuk menjawab pertanyaan ini, Anda lagi-lagi diharuskan meneliti perusahaan tersebut dan mengetahui rencana dan/atau target mereka lalu memberikan jawaban yang singkron dengan milik perusahaan.

Pengisian Formulir Lamaran :

a) Pelamar mengisi formulir lamaran yang telah disediakan pada Lowongan Bank BPD Bali. Formulir dapat dilihat dengan membuka website Bank BPD Bali  dengan memilih menu corporate website kemudian dilanjutkan dengan memilih menu karir kemudian memilih menu lowongan kerja.
b) Persyaratan lengkap dapat dibaca terlebih dahulu untuk menentukan lowongan yang akan dipilih karena pelamar hanya diperbolehkan melamar untuk 1 (satu) lowongan. Pelamar dapat melihat detail persyaratan posisi yang ditawarkan sekaligus mengisi formulir dengan cara mengklik judul lowongan yang diinginkan.
c) Formulir lamaran harap diisi dengan lengkap dan benar sesuai dengan permintaan. Setelah memilih tombol kirim, data pelamar akan disimpan dan bukti penerimaan formulir lamaran akan dikirim ke alamat email masing-masing pelamar. Bukti  penerimaan lamaran tersebut wajib dicetak dan disimpan untuk keperluan seleksi tahap selanjutnya.

LOWONGAN PEKERJAAN

Dibutuhkan segera Operator Alat B/M dengan persyaratan umum, sebagai berikut:

a. Warga Negara Indonesia (WNI);
b. Berjenis kelamin pria;
c. Berusia per 1 November 2012 minimal 18 tahun dan maksimal 30 tahun bagi yang tidak berpengalaman, atau maksimal 40 tahun dengan pengalaman minimal 3 tahun bekerja sebagai outsourcing PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero);
d. Pendidikan formal SLTA sederajat (diutamakan jurusan Teknik Mesin/Elektro);
e. Memiliki SIM B1 dan diutamakan memiliki SIO (Surat Ijin Operator) yang masih berlaku;
f. Tinggi badan min. 160 cm;
g. Tidak berkaca mata dan tidak buta warna;
h. Tidak takut bekerja di tempat yang tinggi;
i. Berkelakuan baik;
j. Diutamakan yang berpengalaman sebagai operator alat bongkar muat.

Facility Engineer
Placement : Balikpapan (Kalimantan Timur), Pekanbaru (Riau)
Responsibilities:
  • Provide proper, save, qualified and secure Sales Marketing Officer & Logistic Distribution Warehouses in designated Cities to meet the business Plan and requirement
  • Ensuring Facility utilization continuity align with the security, safety and building technical strategy, maintenance strategy & government permit regulations
  • As Contact person for one stop solution services of facility management requirement and services, including technical & maintenance services, budget provided and controlling to meet the business plan and requirement in the designated cities
Requirements:
  • Male
  • Holding at least Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
  • Having min. 3 years experience in Building Engineering or Facilities Maintenance Operations, in phases of construction supervision projects and routing maintenance works.
  • Having skill and knowledge in facilities management, preferably in Maintenance or Property Management
  • Having skills and knowledge in project management (construction)
  • Having knowledge of design and construction methods, building materials, national and international standard and regulations for design construction
  • Having skills and knowledge in risk management
  • Proficiency in English
  • Computer literate (especially MS Office and AutoCad)
  • Willing to travel regularly
