Benefit Administration Officer
Responsibilities:
  • Handling employee attendance
  • Handling employee insurance, coordinating with insurance vendor
  • Handling employee business trip
Requirements:
  • Male / Female, 25 – 30 Years old
  • Minimum S1 degree in any field (preferably human resource management).
  • Minimum 2 years experience as benefit admin officer
  • Hands on experience using Microsoft applications and computerized HR system.
  • Have good analytical thinking, interpersonal & communication skills
  • Hard worker, fast learner, and ability to work under pressure.
Community & Government Relation Staff
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain relationship with local Government.
  • Maintain relationship with land lord.
  • Maintain relationship with local communities around tower (site).
  • Provide permit and  SITAC report to the Supervisor.
  • Handling permit renewal of existing site.
  • Handling “sewa lahan” renewal of existing site.
  • Provide accurate information about community issue in existing site.
  • Handling community issue occurs in site.
Requirements:
  • Minimum D3 preferably in Legal/Law
  • Having minimum 1 year experience in the same field
  • Communicative and able to work under pressure
  • Job location is all over Indonesia
