
Sales Representative
Job Purpose- To manage sales activities to regain and increase Indian market share in Indonesia (Jakarta and Surabaya)
- To strengthen Indonesia position in key customers with increase share of their demand and wider product portfolio
Revenue Achievement
- Focus on India product sales into Indonesia, in alignment with the bigger Indonesia and regional key account and market strategy
- Manage accounts and increase profitability of accounts and products in the Indian market to Indonesia
- Conduct cross selling of Sibelco Asia products and services, andprovide advisory of product benefits to customers
- Provide customers with technical advice that emphasize on added values and benefits of the products
- Implement pricing strategy in order to achieve sales targets (volume, revenue, gross margin)
- Assist in monitoring customer payment
Customer Satisfaction
- Understand customer administration activities
- Maintain and build business relationship with customers
- Liaise with the logistic section to ensure availablity of finished products
Sales Administration
- Monitor Sales Administration activities
- Maintain and update customer database
- Prepare sales forecast report
Organizational Management
- Implement ISO standards and HSE activities in the Sales Department
Requirements
- Graduate, or equivalent professional degree, in Chemicals or Mineral Engineering or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Sales, preferably in the mineral industry
- Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa both spoken and written
Knowledge / Experience in:
- Demonstrate unique style in approaching customers for their agreement and to win sales.
- Demonstrate appropriate network with players and competitors in the mineral industries.
- Focus on customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate partnership-oriented attitude with customers.
