PT. Nusa Halmahera Minerals is a gold mining and exploration company, operating a COW on Halmahera Island, North Maluku. The company is a joint venture between Newcrest Mining Limited (82.5%) and PT Aneka Tambang (17.5%). PT NHM has the following positions available:
Mine Planning Engineer (Code: MPE)
Requirements:

• Holding min Bachelor degree (S1) Mining Engineering background is required. Having high GPA score well regarded
• Having at least two years experience in Mining (preferably Underground)
• Preparation of mine designs, short, medium and long term schedules
• Good command in English both written and oral
• Hold a valid driving license (SIM A)
• Excellent physical condition
• Strong commitment to safe and efficient operations
• Hard worker, having high initiative and ability to work as part of a team
• Excellent communication skill and attitude

Geotechnical Engineer (Code: GE)
Requirements:

• Holding Bachelor degree (S1) in Mining Engineering or Geology with related rock mechanics background and academic qualification
• Having Min two years experience in Miring (preferably Underground and Open Pit)
• Good knowledge of Rock Mechanics and relevant software
• Postgraduate qualifications and supervisory training would be well regarded
• Good command in English, both written and oral is essential
• Hold a valid driving license (SIM A)
• Good physical condition
• Must demonstrate strong initiative and ability to perform as part of a team
• Must have commitment to work in both underground and open pit operating environments
• Having good communication skill and attitude
