PT Chakra Jawara has been actively promoting IVECO and Kenworth Heavy Duty Trucks to various Indonesian transport market segments. Both Iveco and Kenworth brands have an established worldwide reputation for providing premium quality trucks for any transport application. As a result of the rapid expansion, we are now currently seeking the services of suitably qualified candidate for the position of:

1. Marketing Manager (MM)
2. Finance & Accounting Manager (FAM)
3. After Sales Manager (ASM)
4. HSE Officer (HSE)
5. Legal Officer (LO)

General Requirements:

• Should hold minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably majoring in Engineering (MM & ASM), Accounting (ASM), and Law (LO)
• Minimum 5 years experience in similar position within either the transport or heavy equipment industries (MM, FAM & ASM) and minimum 2 years (HSE & LO)
• Excellent working knowledge of the transport or heavy equipment industries (MM & ASM)
• Excellent managerial & leadership with strong interpersonal & intercultural skills (MM, FAM & ASM)
• Having good understanding of Health Management System and Safety, ISO 180001:2007, OHSAS ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 (environmental management system) and health professionals have the certification and Public Safety (HSE)
• Having a good understanding aspects of corporate and automotive Law (LO)
• Proficient in English (oral & written) is essential
• Computer literate in using MS Office and Internet
• Should be willing to be stationed in remote area

Prerequisite Competencies to Focus with Position:
A team player who has strong conceptual / analytical skill, good communication skill and customer interface skills, administration and organizational skills, team building and interpersonal skills, commercial contract execution and technical overview
