Responsibilities:
- To monitor and to check daily all mall facility confirm running wel, and if having a problem coordinate with Building Maintenance to check and repair
- To report monthly tenant’s store condition (shop performance, facility, equipment, fire safety, display etc.) and monitor all in good condition
- To keep good relationship with all departments, to develop program for increasing tenant’s sales, coordinate with related dept., coordinate and review improvement made by tenants, handling tenant’s problem, handling issues related to operational tenants and cooperate with tenant to conduct program for increasing sales
- To prepare, coordinate and monitor all items related to special event conducted by Retail Dept. (Tenant Award, Midnight Shopping, etc.)
- To monitor operational implementation in order to confirm all runs following SOP (Take Over, Transfer of Lease Agreement, Alteration Electricity, Tenant Downsizing, Early Termination, etc.
- Male, 25-30 years old
- Min. S1 in majoring Marketing / Communication / Management
- Min 2 years experienced
- Good command of English – both spoken & written
- Leadership, Cooperative, Good Communication Skill, Loyal, Honest, Discipline, Negotiation Skill, teamwork & Able to use MS Office
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Marketing and Advertising for program content
- Support events at food court and mall area related to LCD content
- Select the satellite programs airing to LCD for educate and entertain customer at Supermal Karawaci
- Responsible to audio and visual performed include Spread sheet music playing.
- Change folder from the library as per momentum event in mall area, coordinate with creative & event dept
- Keep coordinate with recording company / EO for any new video music
- Maintain all inventory sound system and its property
- Male/ female 25-30 years old
- Min. D3 in majoring Graphic Design (animation, video editing, converting file types, etc)
- Min 1 years experience in moving media (especially at Production House)
- Having ability in handling sound system, LCD
- Good command of English – both spoken & written
- Creative, Cooperative, Neat, Discipline
