Recruitment Officer
Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for all recruitment related queries
• Ensure all elements of recruitment and selection activities are conducted effectively and promptly
• Manage and administer the recruitment and selection process for all staff across the organization
• Actively create relationships with external organizations and publish the organizations career opportunities

Requirements:

• Ideally (although not essential) majoring from Psychology
• Be able to demonstrate in depth understanding of recruitment and selection processes
• Experience of organizing recruitment events and campaigns will be an Advantage
